just had this furniture stand custom made so it can support the the tank. I had a betta fish and some tetras when I was 8, so as you can imagine, I have been out of the loop for a long time. I am planning to have a betta and some buddies with it, and live plants. My bedroom is not the biggest, and the only place the fish tank can be is infront of my mirror. Maybe this sounds stupid but i’m worried that when I introduce the fish, the mirror may affect them in some way. I still have to start to cycle the tank and all that jazz, but I just can’t get it out of my head. Will the mirror affect my future fish?

Also, another question, can shrimp and a betta co-exist?
1, what size is that tank? And 2, what kind of buddies are you thinking of? I don’t believe shrimp can go with Bettas
