I love these rod I have 3 and then a GX2 and then just 5 other branded combos. BUT I don’t have a reel for this rod yet. This would mainly be for crappie trout and bass HOWEVER for some reason our public parks lake got stocked with catfish so I’ve been catching good 3-4 pounders on my Shimano Sienna 500 Spinning combo by targeting bass with night crawlers. So the fights have been fun, I was wondering if I should go with the sienna just in an 1000 or if I should try another shimano reel? Help 🫣📸🎣
