Hey, I just unboxed my fish(haven’t named yet) about 5 mins before, he also arrived much earlier than expected. I noticed him curling his body and bending forward? once and got worried, is he okay or does he have swim bladder disease?, one of my old arowanas had it and was similar to this so please help, if he’s sick what should I do

Can’t see anything wrong but is this his actual tank?
From the video, it just looks to me like he was being pulled by the current of the sponge filter for a little bit until he decided he’d had enough. Your tank for him is quite tall and thin, whereas bettas prefer short and long swimming spaces. So your sponge filter is creating much more flow than it would otherwise in the center of his space.
He’s probably fine. Swim bladder disease is a symptom of a more serious issue, and he doesn’t look particularly stressed. Give him a betta log or something at the top of the tank and think about moving him at some point.
