Some of the fish in my tank started turning pink/white. I have a few panda cory catfish, java loaches, snails, and an African dwarf frog in the tank. Only one of the loaches and one of the Cory cats are turning white (the 3rd & 4th pictures are of the other fish in the tank for comparison). I moved cities a few months ago so could hard water be causing this? I just cleaned the tank last week and this is the water quality today.

  1. Could be the change in water parameters. Lack of color is an indication of stress. Do they have any behavioral symptoms? Are they pooping ok?

You stirred up something bad, or stressed them out. This is toxic/hardcore stress response.

That water looks hard af too
