How’s the PB hunt going for yall now that we hit mid year?
Got painfully close to beating my 7lber with this upper 6. She would’ve broken my pb but at the last minute threw up a large crappie she had just eaten. A couple more honorable mentions as the hun continues.
The summer here in Florida is kicking my ass. I usually head out to the ponds at around 0530 and get multiple bass. A few days ago I did my usual routine, got 10 bites on a Choppo, but I wasn’t able to land a single fish.

Holy moly those are some big girls.
I caught my personal best last weekend throwing a weightless 5” senko on the edge of some grass. Didn’t measure it but it was very big.
Overall the summer heat has turned the bite down for me.

South Texas i’m on my second year of fishing in this state and this year really started to figure them out, i’m really confined to certain waters so it’s been hard, 4.82 is my PB only bc i recently finally got a scale to take it serious. i have a feeling in April my 23” LMB i got was bigger but i can’t confirm and hate it when people do that on here without legit weights.
