Finally getting back to what makes me happy, the outdoors. Haven’t really fished since maybe under 10yo with my uncle.
Find time to fish during my lunch break now that I’m fully “hooked” and kinda acting like an addict by trying to get a line out every chance I can.
First cast out today landed a LM as soon as the lure hit the water (reactionary strike?) Went on to lose that lure, a second lure, then break my pole.
Picked up a 7’ Medium GX2 after work today ready to get back at it!
Am I wrong to prefer mostly using shallow/floating crankbaits to just totally avoid any underwater
log/rock snags?
I have had decent luck with a few SMs, a rock bass, and now this LM.
