Yamaha 25 GP outboard engine.
I am 2 hrs from this engine and the fishing boat it is attached to. I have the motor VIN and everything, but still don’t know.
The owner knows less about this motor than my grandmother’s parakeet.
My marina guy is out of touch for the next 3 days.
You guys are all I got – don’t fail me!

I would think efi because that silver piece pictured looks like a throttle body not a carb.

Does it have a choke?
