I’ve been treating him in a hospital tank with sulfaplex when I showed the people at my LFS the first fuzzy he had growing out of him which is now that giant white hole that seems to be getting bigger.
He has a second one that has grown and is fuzzy.
I can’t tell if the first one is getting better or not?
Does anybody know what this is? He is finally getting color back and energy after almost a full week in the hospital tank with sulfaplex, stress coat and a little bit of aquarium salt.
I have answer to bot questions all over my other posts as nothing has changed.

My first guess is [hole-in-head](https://www.aquariumcoop.com/blogs/aquarium/hole-in-the-head). But the white spots look more fungal, so I’m not confident.
He’s in bad shape, good luck to you.
