I picked up these rods used off of offerup this weekend for a total of $255. I've been wanting to try out Phenix rods for a while now and have been looking for an upgrade to my ultralight so I picked up this older dragonfly. I guess the newer ones don't have a metal reel seat anymore but it's the same otherwise.
I picked to the abyss as well because it was really cheap due to the first guide being replaced. I'm lucky the guy even told me though because it's identical to the others, you can't tell at all.

The abyss rod is a 8-20lb rod and was intending to use it mostly for fly lining anchovies, its pretty whippy. Would love to hear recommendations on a reel for that setup.
For the dragonfly I ordered a Daiwa Gekka Bijin LT 2000s
