Can anyone ID this pattern? Was cleaning up with it today and it unfortunately became pretty ragged after a few fish, any help would be appreciated. The bill makes it have fantastic action in the current or on quick strip retrieve. Closest I've found to it is a floating eel pattern but not with a bill

That thing is genius, but I’m not sure it’s a fly pattern. I’ve been told a spoon fly isn’t a fly. There’s no way that thing is. Whatever it is, looks fishy
Needlefish imitation with a bill on it to make it wobble/dive. Probly catches, esp with the wide gap hook probably a gamakatsu b10s
Reminds me of Surf Candy with a longer body. No idea what it’s callled but it looks like it would work really.
