My friend has this black neon tetra with some sort of gray looking lump on its side. In all honesty, her parameters are not great. Shes not a very good fish keeper but theyre her daughters and she wants to keep the fish, but she way over feeds them. (Shes 7 🤷🏻‍♀️) but anyways every time i go over there the tank is super cloudy and the nitrate, nitrite, and ammonia levels are stressfully high and the fish clearly have some level of ammonia poisoning. So i help her do water changes whenever im there and try help the fish… tank temp is pretty consistant at 75 degrees, ph is usually between 7.6-8.1…. but today i noticed the one fish has this lump. I dont know how long its been there or anything, and neither does she, she doesnt pay attention. Any informstuon would be super helpful like what it is and/or what she should do
