First time fishing since I was probably 11 or 12.
First time fishing without my grandpa (RIP)
No idea what the heck I was doing since I wasn’t super into it as a kid and probably spent more time trying to set up the rod and get the damn tangles out the line (I should probably replace it, it’s been on for quite a while)
But after all the mishaps it was fun. Didn’t catch anything but saw a cool little turtle.

The views and the turtles are the best part, or whatever animals you can find. I actually was the kid who made my grandpa learn to fish which was funny, he got more into it than I did too. Hopefully you keep with it!
