I’m having some trouble when it comes to attaching a pre-tied rig to the main fishing line (I’m a complete beginner so my bad if my lingo is off). The rig I’m using comes alongside the Ugly Stik Complete saltwater kit, it’s a mono double hook bottom rig.
My confusion comes from where I start to tie, do I run the line through the clasp or through the eyelet of the swivel?
Also, when it comes to the fishing hooks and sinker can I just insert the clasp through them correct? Or is there a better way of doing so.
I’d appreciate any help I can get, I want to eventually learn how to tie my own rigs but for now I want to at least get out to the water before bogging myself down lol.
