All my boy does is go back and forth all day (regardless of if I'm near) is something stressing him out?
I've covered the sides/turned the lights down, I've tried all sorts of combinations but this is all he does day and night.
I've had him for 2 months now.
(This tank is 2 yrs old)
My previous bettas never did this, if anyone has any advice that would be helpful thanks in advance.

Time to upgrade to a 55 gal. Keep upgrading until he swims his little heart out 💜
