On suggestion of some people here, I lined up my new penn wrath 2 with braid. It's power pro #20. I really like braid and on some others suggestions I used a mono snell leader. It worked great! I caught some of my biggest fish (I haven't been fishing very long) and also my first bass ever (albeit, it's the smallest one I've ever seen, don't come for my head lol). Just wanted to thank yall, I won't look back now lol.
