Bass Pro Shop Extreme baitcaster. They were discontinued 10+ years ago I believe. I *think* they are the same reel as one of the Abu Garcia reels made by the same factory but I’m not sure about that. Cleaver marketing team tried to make it look like a Shimano Curado.
