Bass, the bottom two are shallow ish diving crankbaits, the jointer is a jerk bait that works better with a twitching retreave, the top one is a lipless crank so it sinks but has similar action

Different lures go to certain depth in the water column. The “lunkerhunt” is more top water and would certainly be a bass bait. The Rapala jointed would be more of a shallow jerk bait. I’ve caught pike, bass, smallmouth, trout, and salmon on that kind of bait when they’re more shallow (2-4ft). Those billed crawfish baits are great for when fish are deeper in the water column. The larger and more aggressively angled down the bill is, then you know it’ll be a deeper diving bait. (6-8ft) down is typically where you’ll find fish at certain times of the year. This is where you’ll find coho salmon during the early spring for example. It really depends on the water you’re fishing and what you’re fishing for. Look up depth charts online, check out seasonal patterns in fish. If you do any of those things you’ll automatically know more than any 90% of other anglers on the water
