Nice little 3lb9oz bass out of dad’s lake. Hammered a black 3/8oz buzzbait.

We’ve had 3-4” of rain over the past several days which cooled the water and raised it, pushing bass into the shallows around bushes and cypress trees. This guy was inside a small triangle of baldcypress. I pitched the buzzbait about 10ft, just outside the far triangle side and was caught totally off guard when he hammered it! My daughter standing next to me said, “good job daddy. Do it again.” 😂
