I’m keen to hear everyone’s thoughts. I want to get 2 Clown loaches, 1 Angel Fish & a few more colourful fish that will compliment my tank.. Could anyone share their thoughts or recommendations, I have a professional heater, and a good filter. Thank you! 🐟❤️

Clown loaches grow 12 inches long. No way this tank is way to small. Look into nano fish guppies, danios, small gourami, rasboras, whale shark

You want two foot long fish, an aggressive ~5” fish, “and a few more colourful fish” in a little over 20 gallons? Yeah. No. Angels need at least 20 by themselves and clowns need 55 by themselves, let alone two.

I can see a guppy in there already. Keep those. Guppies, tetras, a betta (depending on personality and other tank mates), and other nano fish. Getting large or aggressive fish is absurd and irresponsible.

  3. Clown loaches need around 350L. I’d get smaller corydoras (pygmy or salt pepper) for this tank. I’d recommend a few more live plants to help keep ammonia and nitrate spikes at bay.
