  1. they’re either, like you said, eggs or a bubble nest. either way, it’s nothing to worry about!! males make bubble nests to put eggs in for protection, they just mean the betta is ready to breed, and female’s eggs aren’t fertilized so you can just scoop them out and throw them away

    It’s a bubble nest with eggs. You have a female Betta who is doing what nature intended. She will probably eat them, but if she doesn’t, you should vac them up tomorrow to make sure they don’t rot in the tank and cause an ammonia spike.
