I wanted to disassemble my Tatula 150HS to clear some sand and gunk that have worked into my reel. Attempting to remove the gear shaft here, and I found that these screws were really tight and ended up stripping them. I already tried the rubber band trick to no avail. Anyone have any ideas?

Not sure how if it will hurt all that plastic, but sticking a soldering iron into the screw head and letting it heat up will loosen it right up.
If you don’t have one, heating up the bit will do the same.
Square bit or larger Philips would help

Extractor kit from harbor freight. You will have to replace the screws. Watch a couple of YouTube videos before attempting but works well
