I find when fishing (bass especially) I catch lots of fish or get lots of action in a short period of time. When do I leave a spot after the bites die off? And what is an adequate amount of time to return to this spot? A couple hours? A day? A week?

I think a day would give fish time to move around.
Usually like 20-30 minutes is all it takes for a spot to reset from my experience. If you wait days or weeks there’s a good chance multiple other anglers will use the same spot anyways
