Good afternoon all!
I am currently looking for recommendations on what to do. I have this Shakespear x Ugly Stik combo (pictured)that I absolutely love but unfortunately the bail has stopped properly closing (I have always closed it manually). So would you recommend building a whole new pole or just suggest a new reel? Only thing wrong with this rod is slightly bent guides. My budget is $120. Have been all around reddit researching what to get aswell and seems it will be a battle between Daiwa, Shimano, and Pflueger
