What are those orange and pink flies circled?
Going up to MT / WY next week… been up there several times with guides. Been guide-less the past two years. Did much better in 2022 than 2023. Caught a small cutty on the Yellowstone near emigrant. Flow was fast last year and I don’t have the skill or experience to weigh down a nymph to get a good flow in deep fast water. This year sounds like dries and droppers are in play.
I’m comfortable fishing all these flies except no idea what those orange and pink ones circled are.

They look like Scud patterns. I had great luck with those in MT/WY high mountain ponds
Scuds and sowbugs are a staple on the tailwaters in MT.
