Betta Fish: First time owning a betta fish haven’t named the little man yet

I’m a newbie fish owner

I got give a tank and after going to the pet store I came home with this little guy. His tank is next to my computer so he likes watching everything I do.

I setting up the tank with the filter, heater, plants and a few shrimp which he also likes to watch. (Has eaten any)

I had him in a hospital tank for a few days first with medicine as he looked a bit pale and his eyes are cloudy. Feeding frozen brine shrimp and pellets.

I hope he like his new home
