all 4 of my tanks are so fun to watch, but this one by far has the most personality. this is a 10 gallon with my female betta jade alongside 4 sparkling gouramis and some shrimp scattered throughout 🙂
(if anyone is curious on jade’s past) jade used to be in a sorority i owned for about 6 months, and it was going very well. all 4 of my girls including her were very well behaved and never chased or nipped at each other, it was a very balanced and healthy group. however, one day i got a new batch of guppies to put in with them and i didnt realize they had ich. all 4 of my girls were super light colors and i couldn’t even see the ich until it was too late and jade ended up being my only survivor 🙁 i treated her and the rest of the fish that were sick and they have been okay ever since. im very grateful she made it but i was devastated when that happened, the other 3 died within hours of each other :/ but now jade is living her best life being the queen of basically a mini sorority 😭😂
