I wasnt able to find exactly what -AS means but it seems like some kind of proprietary design component. Like; “AirGuide System” or “AirDrive Shaft” , etc. Seems to be how Diawa composes their rod and reel product numbers. I don’t think it’s very important to know since it’s not the weight or action of the rod.
