Hi everyone. I posted a few days ago about choosing a fish finder and multiple people suggested I look at used ones. I took the advice and found a pretty good deal on a Garmin Echomap uhd2 5 cv. It's actually the ice fishing bundle, and included 2 lithium 15ah batteries, charger, unit, carrying case, and ice fishing transducer. I plan to purchase the gt20-tm transducer and use that in the summer.

Enough background, here's the issue. While messing with the unit, I can't find the option for the Quickdraw contours. Of course, it didn't come with a manual, and the manual I found online says to do things I just don't see on the screen. This was in simulation mode FYI. I was able to at least see the option when I was messing with one at Scheels the other day, so I know it's possible in simulation mode.

So, what's going on? Has the Quickdraw contours capability always been part of the echomap, or is it a recent addition? This unit is from 2022 I believe. I included a picture of the back of my unit in case it's relavent. Does the feature only become available once you have an open water transducer plugged in? I would think simulation mode would make that irrelevant. Am I just not looking in the right spot in the settings/menu? I admit, I don't really know how to use it yet.

I would really appreciate some help from someone who knows what's going on, or possibly has the same fish finder with the 2 transducers and can check it out themselves.

Thanks!
