Are these lures good for bass? If so, are they worth fishing in about 5’ max depth canal (I&M canal, Lemont IL) with quite a bit vegetation

abnormalandfunny on July 8, 2024 2:28 am That looks like a pretty huge freshwater drum (Aplodinotus grunniens), aka sheepshead to me. I bet it put up one helluva fight and probably came up grunting like a wild pig hunting for truffles. Their croaking is 😂😂😂.
