I'm wondering if anyone knows if you're able to rotate the stock mounted rod holder base on a Lifetime Kayak (Tamarack).
I'll attach images to hopefully give a visual for what I'm trying to accomplish. I'm hoping to rotate the part sticking up (not sure what the name technically is) 90° so I can attach a mount for a fish finder. But I'm afraid that if I try to rotate it, that it'll just break if it isn't meant to be rotated.
Additionally, I'd love to take the entire out completely if I was able, but I believe it's anchored from the inside of the hull and I'm not sure if that's possible.
Any help/tips/advice is appreciated!
