Sorry for the late update, things got busy since my last post. I took your guys advice and let Tina deflate on her own. I was able to push her through the hole, but she's got some serious skin scalpage going on up top. She's swimming around OK, she just looks like someone took a potato peeler to her back.
So, I added stress coat and I'm gonna start ulcer treatment as well. If anyone has experience dealing with this large of an open wound please share what worked for you (or didn't work.)
