my girl calliope currently lives in a planted 30 cm by 30 cm tank. she's very active and has no problem swimming around. honestly i get concerned this is too small for her.. but i spent hundreds of dollars setting it up and don't have the room for another tank. i wasn't aware i'd he getting short finned betta.

Is she okay in this or is she miserable? how much of an emergency is it to upgrade her?

The natural plants look great! She will have a great time exploring, just make sure she has plenty of hides. Looks like she loves it already!
