Rough day…….

Had a day off from guiding and had to get out there and chase that record.

Launched in 3 foot surf and delt with 2-3 foot swells all morning.

First drop I hooked up to what I think was a red that broke me off on the piling.

After about 3 hours the wind finally let up and I was able to get on a few fish. Keep the two small ones and kicked back a 21" and 24".

Out of nowhere the wind shifted east and made for a crappy pedal back in over 100° heat index.

Rough day, but still worth it.
