So, thanks to the forum, I discovered I was using this net wrong…. And that accounts for the failure of the handle.
But the net-mesh itself let go spectacularly… A huge rip and not on a seam.
Now this is a cheap net, only 50 bucks at Amazon. I’m wondering if the accumulation of pond scum could have caused the net material to rot? Nothing in the product description says what the net is made of….
Well, I got last season and part of this one out of the thing.
