Few weeks ago a non fishing buddy asked me what he should buy to get into it with some quality gear. He showed up to my house yesterday with double Sedona 2500s perfectly spooled with SSv2 on 7’ Furies and a tackle box decked to the nines!

I fucking love when new fisherman take my equipment advice, but my friend absolutely took it to the T and ran! I wish he’d have told me he planned on getting two rods right away and that he planned on heeding my model suggestions so closely, but hey, these setups won’t really do him wrong!
