Monkey Butt Whopper plopper, middle of the day, right off a ton of bluegill beds near some small pads. Came out and clobbered it. The plopper my wife got me for a stocking stuffer present the other year.
Caught another one in the same spot the day before on a jitter bug, prob about 4lbs, but he flipped off the old ass hooks I had on the bait as I was reaching to lip him.
