This is a rescue tank. I've lost 3 fish to what I THOUGHT was ich… But I noticed the pleco had red fins and immediately tested. (This is an established tank, I used all established media, decor and filter.) What can cause such an INSANE spike in ammonia?
My only thought was that I took one of my filter cartridges out, but it still has one?
