Betta Fish: I feel so smart

When you have one tank, using a bucket to siphon/refill is no big deal…but when you end up with seven tanks….that bucket is not a friend…

Now I know I’m not the first to do this, but I feel so accomplished that I had to share my “genius” setup.

The 32 gallon trash can is on a dolly with wheels (no more lifting). The water I siphon out will go into the can, and the pump will pull it to the sink.

Then there’s an adapter on the sink for the hose that fills the trash can with clean water.

Then the “pool cover pump” pulls the water from the can to the tank to refill!

All in, it was about $180 worth parts and pieces.

Best money I’ve ever spent.
