Kept getting wind knots so I completely respooled my reel with new braid, been about a few years since I replaced the old spool. Am I still screwed with wind knots or is this acceptable 😅
It looks fine. If you’re getting nests on spin gear there was probably some other issue. Close the bail by hand and don’t reel in with slack in the line. And 4 year old line pricky wasn’t helping, either. You’re looking good!
