No it just happens. When they choke it like that it will be quite hard to remove it.
Best thing I’d say is always have a pair of long thin pliers on you, always make sure to try and save they guy. If it’s not possible than if it’s legal take and eat’em.

Get a pair of hemostats… there very handy
