found in an old tackle box. Majority of the tackle was for ocean fishing salmon and ling cod. appears to be lead painted red, weird curvy shape, 1 1/2 printed on one side (weight in oz probably?) GIBBS printed on the other. I already googled around and looked around on the Gibbs website but found nothing. What is it and what's it for?
