Betta Fish: Is my betta stressed out ?

Hi folks, please see the video below of my 25 gal tank which host 1 betta , 6 rainbow tetra , 6 amber tetra and 6 cherry barbs.
The have been living peacefully for 3 weeks however today I’m noticing betta is surrounded by other fish. I have not noticed any bites on betta’s fin or any nipping in my presence.
Can you wise fella look at the video and share your wisdom please.
