I’ve caught bass with them, jigging them like a spoon. I’ve seen people catch stripers and catfish (bycatch) when them.

These are like spinners, retrieved at speed with flashy vibrations. All kinds of Bass, Pike, Perch, Pan fish will hit em out of aggression and some other stuff like Snakeheads and Bowfin.
Anything that eats fish really.
They’re also great for banging into rocks to put off some heavy thuds
