This jig will always stand up

Need help identifying this stand up jig. I found it a month ago. It's got me thinking about it's use in specific areas, and the plastics you can attach to it. Searched the usual places, and I can't find anything like it. Z-Man Crosseyez, Crock-O-Gator Wiese Jig and others were some I investigated, but they weren't it.
