Are these hooks too large to use on 1/36 KastMaster and 1/24 rooster tails?

Will these size 8 Siwash hooks hamper the action of my smallest size lures, such as the two on top? Furthermore, are they too large to effectively target panfish? I know size 10 would probably have been preferable.
