It seems like the other fish dont like the Black guy anymore and seens like they are bullying him till exhausting.
Is somerhing going in here ore what can i do? It Doesnt seem normal. The bigger fish are already 1y together and the 2 smaller ones we just bought 2 weeks ago.
This looks like breeding behaviour, your black guy is more likely to be a girl, and they’re trying to get her to lay eggs so they can fertilize them.

I’d remove the moors. They’re not as hardy because of the eyes.

As another comment mentioned this looks like breeding behaviour due to the black moor presumably being a female.
You’ll need to be careful about letting the behaviour continue as they are likely to chase her until the point of exhaustion or ram her into decorations and cause possibly injury.
I would suggest removing the decorations and monitoring them or separating the female into a floating breeding net for a while.
