I'm going to be out fishing the Cowlitz River in WA from the bank and I picked these up yesterday. I'm a little concerned that they don't have enough weight to them. I was thinking about running them back and swapping them out for something heavier like 1/4 or 3/8. What do you folks think?

This size is completely fine, assuming you’re going for the fish labeled.
Cast on a spinning reel, add a barrel swivel a foot or two up, or lighten your lb test line. Any/all of those will help greatly.
