Most likely, I brought it a week ago with a new plant. I've never seen anything like this before, can anyone tell me what it is?

Appears to be a detritus worm – harmless decomposer that consumes waste in the aquarium. A healthy aquarium will often have a variety of detritivores living in the water / substrate, including worms.
