Red spot is where I’ve caught one Bass ever. Lake is stocked with like 30,000 trout a year or something like that. I’m the only idiot that try’s to catch bass. There’s also catfish and a lot of Carp.
Usually use a green worm texas rig and that was my one catch last year.
Saw on Fishbrain someone caught one with a jerk bait so tried that yesterday as well as a 5” trout swim bait for fun. No luck on either.

I live right by it so I go multiple times a week and always go to the red dot which is there the launch the crew boats. Topography map also included.

The pads are hard to fish from shore and cast far enough out also it’s pretty shallow.

Definitely throwing a Deps Gira Gira Kougeki 370 Glide Bait in there just to see if anything bites

If I remember correctly that lake has one of the busiest walking trails in the city. You definitely have to be social to bank fish it. I never did when I lived there.

I did have good luck in some of the other small lakes. I would have to get a map out to remember the names, but at time I just went to any that weee listed to have stocked triploid (sterile hybrid trout.) Those of us that got them good, all trolled. I had a small minn kota on my drift boat and just trolled. I tried wedding ring spinners, ford fender style trolling rigs, spinners, and Kokanee style rigs. Nothing worked as good as a 2” Rapala original minnow in gold. Worked every time I trolled any of the small trout lakes.

The guys I knew out there that went after bass all loved Moses lake. One of my buddies lived on lake Washington and we caught some bass and perch there. I mostly fished the rivers and salt but I liked the triplod in the smoker.
